Know who gus van sant is?? of course you do, anyway he lives here in portland and they shit bricks about him everytime one of his shitty movies comes out. i personally cant stand his style, i didnt mind good will hunting, my own private idaho, and drugstore cowboy, but i think that he is soooooo over-rated.. in fact i think that he sucks ass.. damn i hate him.. in fact all his movies blow. eat shit gus van crap.. oh, he was in last weeks willamete week.. anyway, the headline is that his films make us think for ourselves. ya, they make you think "i wasted 6 bucks on this shitty movie".. he has a new film coming out that is soon to bomb in a theater nowhere near any of us..

After the who Psycho remake fiasco I could't, with the exception of Good Wil Hunting, like the man's body of work. This new movie is supposed to be just great but I heard it does indeed bomb towards the end and moves pretty slow. But hey, he's using non actors from local highschools. How nice. Larry. you forgot another of his classic movies that make you think for yourself I know it made me think all kinds of things. Even cowgirls get the blues(at least I think he made that one).
