holy shit, its monday and i am at work for the first time in a week. portland is still a fuking mess. 4-6 inches of snow, and on top of that 2 inches of ice. seriosly, i went to my car on wed, and i could role down the window and the ice was so thick that it was like i had a fake ice window. they have almost no snow equipment here, so they didnt clean any roads until sat. even then all the side roads are left alone for the sun to melt. it was nuts. i have some photos, but they cant really explain it. airport was clsoed for 3 days, as was one of the highways. insane. i dread today, it is gonna suck..
