What you need when you are dealing with customers is a dangly scabby cold sore on your lip or a rogue booger just kind of hanging out of a nostril. Man I swear by this. And you can create this effect simply by stopping by any corner halloween/costume shop. You'll have more free time on your hand at work than you'll know what to do with.
